Our interactive online configurator powered by ZAKEKE technology guides you through each customization option with real-time 3D previews. Here’s the complete process:

STEP 0: Choose Your Model Select from our 6 helmet models based on your activity (cycling, skiing, skating, or rollerblading) and choose the appropriate size. Most models are available in 2-3 sizes, while the SPARK model comes in one universal size.

STEP 1: Choose Shell Graphics Style Select your preferred graphics style for the helmet shell. Different styles offer different design aesthetics and color combinations.

STEP 2: Choose Shell Colors Based on the graphics style you selected, you can customize 2 to 4 different colors on the shell. Each style has specific color zones you can personalize.

STEP 2B: Choose Finish (Glossy or Matte) Select either a glossy or matte finish for your helmet shell. This choice applies to all the colors on your helmet for a cohesive look.

STEP 3: Add Text or Images Personalize your helmet with custom text, logos, or images. Every helmet has 6 different areas where you can add: – Custom text (names, numbers, messages) – Stickers from our gallery – Your own uploaded images or logos

You can choose graphics from our pre-designed gallery or upload your own files (PNG, JPG, SVG, or AI formats accepted).

STEP 4: Choose Webbing Style Select from 2 webbing/strap styles. These options are the same across all helmet models.

STEP 4B: Choose Webbing Color Pick your preferred color for the straps and webbing. Color options are consistent across all models.

STEP 5: Choose Padding Color Select the interior padding color for comfort and style. Options are the same for all helmet models.

STEP 6: Choose Divider Customize the divider component. Options are consistent across all models.

STEP 7: Choose Buckle Select your buckle style and color. Options are the same for all helmet models.

STEP 8: LED Light (Optional) Available only for City and Beam models Choose whether to add an integrated LED light for enhanced visibility and safety during low-light conditions.

STEP 9: Visor (Optional) Available only for Ride and Explorer models Choose whether to add a visor to your helmet for sun and weather protection.

STEP 10: Choose Rivet Color (Optional) Available only for Ride and Avalon models Select the color of the rivets to match or contrast with your overall design.

Final Step: Review and Order Preview your complete design in 3D from all angles, then add to cart and complete your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation with your full design specifications.

Production Timeline: – Single helmet: 5 days production time – Bulk orders (10+ helmets): 10 days production time – Total delivery time (single helmet): 2 weeks from order confirmation to delivery – Total delivery time (bulk orders 10+ helmets): 3 weeks from order confirmation to delivery – Large business orders: Physical samples may be sent for approval before full production begins.

Absolutely! Our online configurator shows you a real-time 3D preview of your design as you make each selection. You can rotate the helmet, zoom in, and see exactly how your customization will look from every angle. For large business orders, physical samples may be provided for approval before full production.

We use ZAKEKE configurator technology for customer-facing design, and our production team works with Adobe Illustrator for design processing and preparation before printing.

Yes! In Step 3 of the customization process, you can upload custom logos and graphics to any of the 6 designated areas on your helmet. For the best results, we recommend vector formats (SVG or AI files), but we also accept PNG and JPG files.

Yes, custom designs must: – Be technically feasible to produce on helmet surfaces – Comply with safety standards (no designs that interfere with safety features) – Not violate intellectual property rights (you must own or have permission to use all designs) – Not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content

Depending on the graphics style you choose in Step 1, you can customize between 2 to 4 different colors on the shell. Each graphics style has specific color zones designed for optimal aesthetics.
